Terms of Service

The service

LaventTech provides software and point-of-sale tools for cafés and F&B merchants, including ordering, loyalty, inventory, reporting and related features according to the merchant's plan.

Merchant responsibility

Each merchant is responsible for its own business, products, pricing, customers, staff, tax and legal compliance.

The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of its menu, prices and content, and for fulfilling orders and honouring its own refund and cancellation policies.

Subscription plans and their included features are described on our Pricing page.

Hardware, payment processing, custom integrations and professional services may be charged separately.

Payments

LaventTech is a software and POS platform. LaventTech does not currently claim to be a bank, payment institution or card acquirer.

Integrated payments are planned and subject to the selected payment provider's onboarding and approval. Where integrated payments are enabled, each merchant applies for and owns its own payment account, and payouts go to the merchant's own bank account.

Acceptable use

Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Availability & liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided during business hours. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may end the service with reasonable notice. On termination, the merchant may export its data.
