Who we are

LaventTech is a café operating-platform provider based in Singapore. For privacy questions, contact info@laventtech.com.

What data we handle

Website enquiries: when you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit (name, business name, email, phone and message) to respond to your enquiry.

Merchant platform data: when a café uses LaventTech, the platform processes the café's business and customer data (such as orders, products and customer records) on the café's behalf.

How we use data

Website enquiry data is used only to respond to and manage your enquiry.

Merchant platform data is processed to provide the service the café has configured. LaventTech acts as a data intermediary/processor for that data; the café is responsible for its own customers' data and consents.

Tenant isolation

Each merchant's data is separated by architecture (tenant isolation). One merchant cannot access another merchant's data through the platform.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We use service providers (for example, hosting and, in future, a payment provider) only as needed to deliver the service, under appropriate obligations.

Integrated payments are planned; where a payment provider is used, the merchant applies for and owns its own payment account, and that provider handles payment data under its own terms.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. See our Security page for more.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting info@laventtech.com.
