A platform born in a working café
LaventTech didn't start as software looking for a market. It started at the counter of La Saigon — a working Singapore café — where every gap in the tools became a problem to solve during real service.
Café tools were disconnected — so we connected them
Running a café meant juggling a till, a separate loyalty app, spreadsheets for stock, a booking diary and yet another tool for online orders — none of which talked to each other. Every disconnect was double work and a chance for error.
So we built one connected platform where an order flows from the customer to the kitchen, through payment, into loyalty, inventory and reports. It was tested the hardest way possible: live, through daily service.
One operating platform for cafés
We believe an independent café should have the same connected technology as a big chain — without the complexity or the price tag. LaventTech is broader than a POS: it's the operating layer for the whole business.
Next comes Selah, our customer inbox and CRM, and a growing set of integrations — always added carefully, and never sold before they're ready.
Honest, current strengths
These are the things that are true today — no inflated claims.
Built from real café operations
Every module solved a real problem in daily service — not a feature dreamed up for a slide.
Café-specific workflows
Station routing, open bills, combos, wallet, loyalty and reservations — shaped by how cafés actually work.
Tenant-isolated architecture
Each business's data is separated by design, so your information stays yours.
Singapore-based product direction
Designed and steered locally, for the local café market first.
Direct implementation support
You work with the people who build the platform, not a distant call centre.
We deliberately don't claim grant approvals, 24/7 support or customer numbers we can't stand behind. If that changes, we'll say so — with evidence.
