Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful use

The platform must be used only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable Singapore laws and regulations.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the platform to sell prohibited goods or services, to defraud customers, or to process transactions you are not authorised to process.

Do not attempt to breach tenant isolation, access another merchant's data, or interfere with the platform's security or operation.

Data & customers

Merchants must handle their customers' personal data lawfully, obtain any required consents, and honour their own published policies.

Payments

Where integrated payments are used, merchants must comply with the payment provider's rules and complete required verification. Chargebacks, refunds and disputes remain the merchant's responsibility as the seller.

Enforcement

We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.
