Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful use

The platform must be used only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including licensing and food-safety requirements that apply to the merchant's business.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the platform to sell prohibited goods or services, to mislead or defraud customers, or to process transactions you are not authorised to process.

Do not attempt to breach tenant isolation, access another merchant's data, probe or test the platform's security without our written permission, or interfere with its operation or availability.

Do not copy, decompile, resell or re-license the platform, or use it to build a competing product.

Do not upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

Data and customers

Merchants must handle their customers' personal data lawfully, obtain any consents they need, honour opt-outs and their own published policies, and use the platform's messaging features only for messages their customers have a lawful basis to receive.

Staff accounts and PINs are personal to the individual and must not be shared.

Payments

Where a payment provider or terminal is used, merchants must comply with that provider's rules and complete the verification it requires. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes on a merchant's own sales remain the merchant's responsibility as the seller of record.

Reporting and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
